Week 10 Term 1

I have just come home from "Rising From the Ashes", a fundraising concert for Saint Johns.  It was a pretty great afternoon and it reminds me how lucky we are to live in such a great city and to be part of a Christian family.  We are getting closer to Easter and many of our Holy Week liturgies will take place over the next few days, I'll post videos and information to help you talk to your kids about this important time in our church family.

9.00am Stations of the Cross Liturgy. Church.

10.00am Hall. Washing of the Feet Liturgy/Last Supper re-enactment

FRIDAY 7TH APRIL.

9.45am Donkey Parade. School Field.

2.00pm School Choir and Band End of Term 1 Soirée.

Holy Week Liturgies

It would be really great if kids could bring 'Jesus clothes' to school on Thursday and Friday.  Nothing fancy - a bathrobe, a tea towel for their head and a headband to hold it on, a big adults shirt and a rope for a belt... Thanks.

Parent Interviews

The 3 - Way conferences are scheduled for next week (10-11th April). It gives the children an opportunity to review the goals they have set for for Term 1 and set new ones for next term. Parents will be sent instructions on how to book their 10 minute interview on Monday.
